Moreover, you will also be having free access to (NHS) Healthcare during your time in the UK, but this does not apply to prescriptions, dental treatment, eye treatment and assisted conception.
However, you shall not be able to access the welfare benefits from Public Funds until you gain settlement status. Also, you cannot change or jobs or employer unless you update your visa.

If your sponsor is B-rated on the Home Office list, they cannot issue new Certificates of Sponsorship until they meet the Home Office’s compliance requirements and are upgraded to an A-rating. It's important to verify that your employer is licensed to hire international workers under the Skilled Worker Route and holds an A-rating before applying. This can help you avoid potential delays or the risk of refusal.
You need to update your visa if you are going to either change your job (different SOC), employer or even roles with the same employer that has different SOC code, or changing occupation from one that is listed on the immigration salary list to the one that is not, or also when you are going to take a second role/occupation with a different employer where you will be working for more than paid 20 hours a week unless it belongs to an eligible occupation.
